Policies

At the time of reservation, a one night charge will be applied to the card on file.  If the reservation is cancelled within the appropriate time frame, a full refund will be provided.  Any reservations that cancel less than 72 hours prior to check in will forfeit the one night deposit.

Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to check in to receive full deposit refund.  ​**For Holidays and Special Events you must cancel 7 days prior to check in.

All reservations will be charged one night deposit at the time of booking.   We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Amex.  We charge 6% Michigan sales tax. 

Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.

Free on-site parking.

As much as we love our furry friends, unfortunately we do not accept pets at this time.

 ​A $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file for any room/bathroom that requires clean up of any bodily fluids. (blood, vomit, urine, etc.)
A $25 -$50 fee will be charged to the card on file for any soiled/damaged towels and bedding.
